Mary Bell Holman Reynolds 88 of Salem passed away Wednesday November 11, 2015. Mary was born on August 28, 1927 in Roanoke, VA. to Richard W. and Verna Holman. Her parents preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Donald, James, Earle, and Everett along with a sister-in-law, Ernestine (Teny).
Survivors include Mary’s sister, Barbara; brothers, Billy, Bruce, and Barry; sisters-in-law, Helen, Margaret, Alice, Lois, and Laura; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family expresses great appreciation to the Richfield Retirement Community for the care and compassion shown to Mary, particularly in their Memory Care Unit during her latter days and to Amedisys Hospice for their care in her last few days.
In keeping with Mary’s wishes, a time of private remembrance and inurnment will be held at a later date.
