William Carlo Onesty, 88, of Roanoke (formerly of Richmond) died Saturday, October 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Dunn Onesty. Surviving are two sons, William C. Onesty, Jr. and wife Jessica; Kenneth B. Onesty and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Samuel Onesty, Elizabeth Rowberg and husband Greg; brother, Joseph P. Onesty; niece, Judy Clarke; nephew, Mark Onesty. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Blue Ridge Women's Center 5034 Williamson Road Roanoke, Va. 24012. A graveside service will be held in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. 366-0707
