Harold L. Dalton, 62, of Roanoke passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Austin and Dorothy Lillian Ferguson Dalton; former wife, Gail Dalton; brother, Ronnie Dalton; and a brother-in-law, Charles Maxey.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Dalton; children, Melissa and Melanie Dalton; grandchildren, Victoria, April, Garth, Leigh Ann, Elizabeth and Amelia; great grandchildren, Christopher, Chase, Brayden and D.J.; sister, Yvonne Maxey; brother, Darrell Dalton and wife Patrice; and Harold's personal angel, Laura Duckworth. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to RAM House.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Celebration Church of God, 4429 Buck Mountain Road, Roanoke, Virginia, by the Rev. Sam Belisle. Interment will be private. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory, 540-366-0707.
