Carl Calvin (Pete) Eubank, Jr. 68 of Salem passed away Tuesday June 24, 2015.
Please call me Pete.
I was in the Air Force for 5 ½ years. I was an Intelligence Specialist and served in Southeast Asia. I am originally from Roanoke, Virginia. I lived in Florida for 5 years. I graduated from Roanoke College, majored in History, and minored in Political Science. I worked as a manager for SAM’s Club. I like to watch football and my favorite team is the Washington Redskins. I love my Border Collie, her name is Brie.
I have been married to my loving and caring wife, Betty for 22 years; I have one son and five stepchildren.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all their friends at VFW Post 1264, the DAV, and Amvets. Also to a very special friend, Jimmy Aspinwall.
A memorial service celebrating “Pete’s” life will be held at VFW Post 1264 at a later date. Friends may send their condolences to the family by visiting www.simpsonfuneral.com. Arrangements handled by Simpson Funeral Home and Crematory, 366-0707.
