I first got acquainted with the Riley family when they lived on the old road going to the filteration plant at Carvins Cove. Jack knew the time my father went to work. As a young child he would stand at the window and wave to him as he went to work. Sometimes he would walk to the plant and visit with my dad. The filteration plant was of interest to people who lived around there. We also went to church for a while. He lived on the street where my sister lived then my niece Billie Hurd lives. I would see him sometimes when I would be passing by his house. So sorry for your loss. The neighborhood will miss him. May God give you comfort and wisdom to make it through this difficult time.
