Obituary of James Michael Bell II
James Michael Bell II, 47, husband of Theresa Ann Romanowski Bell, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022. He was born in West Virginia and was the son of Charlotte Patterson and the late James M. Bell. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Stella Mae Smith.
Mikey was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a long-haul truck driver.
In addition to his wife of 6 years and his mother, he will be missed and remembered by his children, Keeyahn Bell, Jenifer Dang, Jacob Dang, and Jonah Dang; sisters, Mary Beth Bell, June Santiago, Mariah Patterson, and Iris Woodrum; close friends, David Swoope, Randall Stewart “Stuie” Feazell, as well as Robert Loftus and his mother Mary Loftus who were like a second family to him.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road.
