Steven Joseph Patrick, 63, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at his home. He was the son of Walter D. Patrick and the late Laura Jean Prosser Patrick. He was preceded in death by a son, Lucas “Luke” Patrick; sister, Gail Lucas; brother, Mike Patrick.
He is survived by a son, Zachary Patrick (Kendra); grandchildren, LeAhna Patrick, Cole Patrick and Cyleigh Patrick; sisters, Diane Dalpay and Kelly Elkins; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Fresenius Kidney Care for the care that was shown to Steven.
