Burton, J. Wayne
J. Wayne Burton, 68, of Blue Ridge passed away Friday, April 25, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jaime Lynn Burton, parents, Jesse and Lorraine Burton, and sister, Donna DeFibaugh.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara "Bobbie" Burton, daughter, Stephanie Burton; sister, Lisa Leonard, granddaughter, Meghan Jones; great grandsons, Kyler Burton, Bryson and Jackson Jones, a special uncle, Danny Little, and numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Good Samaritan Hospice Electric Road
Roanoke, Va. 24018.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory.
