On behalf of myself and my brother James (who Jeff was a very good friend of in the Munro school days) I wish to extend our Sincere Sympathy to all of Jeff's family, we are truly shocked and saddened to learn of his sudden passing. I always remember him as a very cute and polite boy and always very pleasant. I did have a lovely visit with him at his Grandmother Bailey's funeral (she will always be "Mrs Bailey" to me) and he was still the same cute, polite and pleasant person ...only grown up ...I can promise you that these memories will be forever treasured and at the present time they do bring tears to my eyes ...Both James and myself share your sorrow; however, at the same time we are Thankful that we had the privilege to know Jeff and share some of his earlier years with him. Wishing each of you strength for the future and comfort in the knowledge that Jeff will always be close to you ...God Bless
