Raymond E. Parker, 64, of Troutville, went to be with his Heavenly Father, Thursday, January 23, 2014. Raymond was well known for his mason work around Botetourt County. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and brother. He is survived by his wife Vickie Parker; children, Tammy Humphrey and Troy Morris; long time friend, Ronnie Baucom; three grandsons, one grand daughter, and 1 grandson; and numerous brothers and sisters in laws. There will be a service to celebrate Raymond's life, Monday, January 27, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Troy Mays officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Roanoke Valley SPCA in Raymond's honor. RVSPCA 1340 Baldwin Ave. Roanoke Va. 24012. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory.
