Mary Jackson Cregger, 84, of Roanoke was called home by the Lord, on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She was predeceased by her parents, Gordie and Harry Williams and her brothers Howard and Mitchell Williams. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Alfred H. Cregger; daughters and sons-in-law, Ginger and Ed Meadows, Ann and Jerry Steele, Janet and Gary Harris; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Karen Cregger. She also leaves seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, as well as sister-in-law, Mabel Toms and husband Lynwood. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Dr. John W. Furman. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. Saturday at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
