Nancy Lee Quesenberry Thornton, 72, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 2, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Thornton. Mrs. Thornton retired from Camelot Nursing Home as a certified nursing assistant. Surviving are her children, Lisa Thornton, Sandra Thornton, Charlene Thornton, and Tony Curtis Thornton, Ten Grandchildren and a brother, Giles Quesenberry and numerous cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive freinds one hour prior to the service at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. 366-0707
