Dear Scott, Karen and Emily's family,
Emily and I worked together in the Roanoke County Emergency Communications Center for her entire career with 9-1-1. She was a great employee who showed passion and love for her fellow coworkers and for the citizens of the County. She loved training and knew to be the best, you had to train. We continued our friendship after she retired.
