Marvella Thompson Craycraft 90 of Roanoke passed away Friday, August 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Craycraft, a sister, Allie Gilliam, and a brother Harold Thompson. Mrs Craycraft was an active member of the women's ministry at First Baptist Church of Williamson, West Virginia. Surviving are her children, Robert Louis Craycraft of Bradenton, Fla.; Susan Floyd and husband Frank of Hardy; grandchildren, Jeff Floyd and wife Rachel, Stephen Floyd and wife Christy, Robbie Craycraft and Cindy Soto; great grandchildren, Kacey and Daniel Floyd; Brooklyn and Kennedy Floyd; and Tony Soto; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2013 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Dr. Bryan Smith. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
