Larry Willard Corbett, 61, of Fincastle died Wednesday, July 31, 2013 after a short battle with cancer. Larry was predeceased by his father, L. W. Corbett; mother, Violet Corbett Rocke; sister, Lavonne Beverage; and, step-father, Woodrow W. Rocke. Larry is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Johnie Corbett; brother-in-law, Frank Beverage, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fincastle Methodist Church Painting Fund P O Box 63 Fincastle, Va. 24090. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 in Godwin Cemetery, Fincastle. The family will receive friends at the graveside.
