My dear and Wonderful Locklear Family, Words can not express the love and admiration I had for Miss Jane. Her leadership and maternal guidance was an inspiration to all of her Virginia Hair Academy and Connelly Memorial kids. I was lucky enough to know her for the majority of my life and have had many long talks with her. Chief, Craig, Robin and Terri, I love you all so much and can not imagine how much Miss Jane will be missed as the matriarch of your family. Just remember, she has been a mother to all of us and we will deeply miss her too. Bless your hearts!!! Sending you all healing prayers of peace!!!
