Obituary of Shelby Jean Conner Mowles

Shelby Jean Conner Mowles 80 of Roanoke passed away Sunday July 1, 2018 at her home peacefully. Shelby was preceded by her husband of 63 years, Fred R. Mowles, her parents Brinton and Vivian (Pat) Conner, and her son Douglas W. Mowles.

Shelby is survived by her children, David L. Mowles and wife Linda, Donald R. Mowles and wife Cathy, and Dannette M. Reedy and husband Timothy; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in which she cherished and loved deeply.

A memorial service will be held 7:00pm Tuesday July 3, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00pm until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
