Michael E. “Mike” Boozer, 63 of Blue Ridge, passed away, Thursday, May 17, 2018. Mike was survived by his wife Kathy L. Boozer; daughter, Vicki Lynn Boozer; sisters, Diane Thorton and husband John, Elizabeth Betty Boozer; mother in law Marian D. McCarty; brother in law Jay L. McCarty and wife Tina; as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his loving dogs and the walks he took them on. The family asks donations to be made in Mike’s name to a cancer charity of your choice. There are no services planned. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. (540)366-0707.
